I like this video series. Jada has great energy and is very personable and relatable. The routines are challenging and yet achievable. Nice modifications for those w/bad knees.
Jada Kelly has a genuinely nice, vivacious personality and her exercises are excellent and very effective! The ocean view in the background is a great idea and much better alternative to the traditional, indoor gym environment.
