Chelsea has a very relaxed style which is in itself calming and peaceful. The yoga is not advanced stuff - it's accessible for beginners and from time to time a little challenging for intermediates like me... Rotating through the 6 videos provides nice variety. While I will explore other yoga vidoes - on Gymra and elsewhere, I'll continue to do the Chelsea sessions regularly and definitely would recommend them.

One major setback though: I bought the videos so I could exercise anywhere, but sadly they can't be downloaded, an internet connection is required to view them. I'm hoping this will change in the near future...
